Most important competitive differences and advantages

  • System function is extensively independent from pressure fluctuations of process water. This has been accomplished by the division into a dry and a liquid part when dry material has been absorbing.
  • Clumping of the polymer at jet mixer walls is nearly impossible. This part of the solution preparation system from our competitors has possibly to be looked after intensely.

All components are controlled via the switch board of the solution preparation unit that is equipped with PLC (Siemens S7-1200 / 1500), a PID controller and a coloured graphical touch screen display.
