Vulkan Energiewirtschaft Oderbrücke supply electricity and heat to the town Eisenhüttenstadt, the industry area of ArcelorMittal Eisenhüttenstadt GmbH and the surrounding industrial area. In addition to that, the company provides the steel mill with compressed air, cleans industry wastewater before its discharge into the Oder river and runs a landfill for waste products of the metallurgical industry.

Scope of delivery:

Full automatic polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing system supporting the wastewater treatment (circulating cleaning water) of a plastic recycling company.

The system contains of following components:

• 1 x MixLine 7200-0250D, 2-chambered double-deck preparation plant (capacity: 250 l/h
• 1 x MixLine 7200-1000P, 2-chambered pendulum preparation unit (capacity: 1.000 l/h)
• 1 x DS-3-350 MX7 dosing station based on eccentric screw pumps incl. post-dilution equipment (dosing capacity: 2 x 350 l/h, 2-6 bar)
• 1 x DS-3-1500 MX7 dosing station based on eccentric screw pumps incl. post-dilution equipment (dosing capacity: 1 x 1.500 l/h, 2-6 bar)
